When sleep steals in, for just a while.
I see a face. A wondrous smile.
He holds me oh so gently too.
And whispers softly, I love you.

I then awake. Hence comes the dawn.
The memory of that face is gone.

I'll sleep once more. A face rings true.
That wondrous smile. Belongs to you.
